The parents should be requested to fill the Student Admission Form in the office. However, if necessary, admission form must be issued with deadlines of 2-3 working days. The following documents must be attached with the Admission Form:
- 4 passport size color photographs
- Student Form B Copy or Copy of Original Birth Certificate
- Copy of Parent Guardian CNIC
- Previous School Leaving Certificate
The next step is issuance of Student Fee Bill.
Upon payment of admission fee in the bank Accounts department will enter the Admission Fee Bill in the Admission / Release register and allot a Roll number to the student.
